I have repeatedly told you that my Bosch AXT Rapid 2200 mulcher/shredder will not keep going, is there is somewhere I can take it for assistance? I'm on the Central Coast NSW IN THE WYONG SHIRE.

You can get parts at any one of many online appliance parts. Get your model number and google appliance parts. Find a site put in your model number and view diagram and pick out your part. You can also try www.searsparts.com they have parts for many makes and models.

You are not supposed to open the top lid. If there is blockage run the knives in opposite direction to remove blockage , operation is described in manual.
