Firstly, this issue requires the cleaning of the ink absorber and still if it displays the Ink Absorber full message, replace the component.

1) After you unplug the power cord and insert it back, the printer will perform an auto-clean.

2) When you clear a paper jam, the printer cleans automatically before you receive the next print out.

3) If you keep the printer idle for 30 days, it cleans itself the moment you power it on.

4) If you have replaced the ink cartridge of the same color for more than 12 times, then the printer performs an automatic cleaning.

If you are replacing the ink absorber, get it done by a service technician and buy an original one.
