My Frigidaire Affinity is stuck in sensing mode. when I put it on any cycle and click start it begins the cycle and says sensing then it never leaves from sensing mode.

push on the door where the lock is... it may not be fully locked.

If the washer fills with water, but will not start the wash cycle or spin, it is 1 of to things. the most common for frigidaire front load affinitys is the door lock assembly. I have had to replace numerous of these. if the door lock indicator is not on when it tries to wash, you need to replace the door lock assembly. if the door lock indicator is on, but wont wash, it is likly that you have a bad motor control board.
