HELP!I live in Michigan. Im on Probation and today had to take my first **** alcohol test. I tested positive for alcohol so they are sending it to a lab. Ive not drank since July 9.What now?

Had any nyquil or similar drugs?? some contain alcohol

    no I haven't. They said that the lab they are sending it to would be able to tell if it was grain alcohol or caused from something else. Thanks! not sure why this got posted here. I was originally under the probation section

What are the penalties for an Underage DUI?

Yes, it varies by state and most definitely will loose the drivers license, probation, fines, community service, possibly classes.
