I cannot reset my rca Viking 10 my password does not worked how do l proceed

Try connecting it to a computer. It should appear in Windows Explorer and you should be able to transfer some large files like images out of the tablet.

I would say purchase another tablet. It is most likely not worth repairing. I would get a Samsung A8 or a Lenovo 10 in tablet. The Amazon Fire 10 gives you good bang for the buck. In the future I would avoid RCA tablets. Their quality seems to be lacking. If you really want to get a tablet that will be good for the long term, get an Ipad. The base model is 330 and will last you for years.

Walmart, eBay and Amazon have these for under $10. You can also google RCA Viking Pro 10 HDMI cable and find the exact HDMI cable.

I've included some steps to take once your ready to connect your HDMI to TV below.

Steps to connect with HDMI cable in place:
Open "Settings" on RCA Viking Pro,
Go to "Display",
Go to "HDMI Settings {Click to configure HDMI}"
Click "HDMI",
You should see a ? appear next to it, and then a confirmation icon in {top left corner} notification area.
