The store would have put the code on the receipt when you bought it. If you lost the receipt then you need to contact the store. If aquired from a 3rd party contact them for code. We will not help bypass anti-theft measures.

You have to have the box. That's were the activation code is stored. Try reaching to Lenovo to see if they would help trace your purchase.

I am not certain of the problem here but below are a couple of things to look at. One involves having a sales receipt having the code upon it.

There may be ways to bypass the activation code but you will have to google for that and your model. As it may involve a hack, I think that would be contrary to what Fixya provides. You might go to the brand site and search for the model and then download the user manual or request support from that website. A forum for your device might provide what you are looking for.
