How do i do a factory reset on a laser mid-1087 tablet please

My eTOUCH TABLET android tm 9 go edition was factory reset and I forgot verify pin anyone know how to fix this

???? I can't get this working. Opened it for the 1st time and it's password protected! Want to reset but your instructions aren't working..... Is it from power off or on?

Hold the power button and the volume up button when u see the screen come on let go of the power button but keep holding the volume up button the android man will pop up u after hold the power button amd tap the volume up button the recovery screen will pop up go down with volume down button to wipe data press the power button to select it go down to yes then select that it will erase the table it will go back to recovery mode the go to reboot select that and it will restart your tablet
