SOURCE: My qsc plx 3402 will not power up

Most likely...shorted speaker wires, defective speakers or too many cabinets wired together can blow a amplifier channel in an instant. Manufacturers use to mount protection fuses on the exterior of equipment but people started replacing 3 amp with 25 amp automobile fuses and destroying internal circuits. You could pop the cover to look for a power supply protection fuse (same value replacement please) BUT be careful as there are sustained voltages after the unit is disconnected from the AC outlet that hold enough power to make this type work dangerous. I recommend sending it to a professional repair shop for a checkout and estimate.

My QSC RMX2450 starts with red clip lights on. It turns to green only when there is input signal. Why is this

The red clip lights on the QSC RMX2450 indicate that the amplifier is receiving a signal that is too strong and could cause distortion or damage to the speakers. The green lights indicate that the signal is within a safe range. When there is no input signal, the amplifier defaults to the red clip lights as a precautionary measure. Once a signal is received and it is within the safe range, the lights turn green. This is a normal behavior for this amplifier.

Why won't my qsc k10 turn on?

Hi,

Please switch to another outlet. If the speakers continue to fail, please check the cord for any damage that might be leading to this issue. If that fails, then we can examine the documentation of the product to identify and use any troubleshooting steps based light status results that you've mentioned in the description. Otherwise, you can also reach out to QSC by calling them at (213) 748-5200.

Thank you.

My QSC 1500 LOUD speaker won't turn on why?

I've had QSC power amps with internal fuses in the AC power section, and I have seen the fuse holders separate from the board. These were the 2-piece (per fuse) clips that solder to the board and the fuse clips into them. I'm not sure if you are talking about a speaker, a power amp, or a powered speaker, but if it doesn't power up at all, it's probably in the AC Power Supply area.

Amp 5050 rmx stay in clip mode

Disconnect speakers. With NO input, if clip light remains on, take in for repair as there is an internal failure. If reducing the gain and loudness keeps the clip off, then you are probably driving the amp too hard. This is common problem when the user "thinks" they need it louder but the amp speaker combination will not deliver louder. At this point, both the amp and the speakers are at risk of permanent damage requiring repair.

How to hook up 18"

Hello!
SO I am going to give you more of a signal layout from the turntables (or whatever you use to DJ) to the speakers.
Turn tables-> Mixer-> Eq-> Amp-> Sub and other speakers.
The part that I am not understanding is why do you need the QSC amp if you have a powered sub? The powered part of that means that there is a built in amp, which eliminates the need for the QSC amp unless you are sending that sound to main (non sub) speakers.
Hope that helps!

My QSC GX3 has a red light that turned on (on the front panel). The channel is not working. Is this a fuse or something else?

You should check the speaker set, maybe it's short circuit.
Try remove the speaker set from the unit, than switch on the amplifier again, if the red light still on, surely the final drive is damages( Transistors or IC's).
Replace it with new ones.
