You can hava a try iCloud "Find My iPhone" function. It can reset your iPhone. Just follow below steps.

You can also unlock your disabled iPhone using the Find My iPhone website, as long as your iPhone was registered with your Apple ID and Find My iPod was enabled in the iCloud menu. This will only work if the iPhone is currently connected to a wireless network.
Step 1. Go to icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID and password on your computer.
Step 2. Click Find My iPhone. Then click All Devices at the top of your browser window.
Step 3. Select your iPhone from all the devices listed. Click Erase iPhone to erase your iPhone along with its passcode.

Step 4. Once the reset is finished, you'll be prompted to setup your iPhone as if it were new. You'll be given the option to load a backup if you've made one in the past. Use the Setup Assistant on your device to restore the most recent backup of your device.

Icloud unlock for iphone6

Sometimes people rename apple id and old one still shows up in icloud settings of the phone.
1. 98 % of those resolved by using correct current password for new account to sign out.
2. 1% of the rest resolved by having to reset password during sign out process directly on the phone using security questions (needs to be done during sign out when old password is not accepted).
3. The rest have to go to icloud.com and remove phone from icloud first. Then check at icloud.com/activationlock if device is unlocked and then restore the phone in recovery mode. In order to remove it device has to be offline.
Notice all that only works if account does not exist anymore, cause it was renamed.

Well, hopefully you have a computer that you sync it to. If you do regularly sync your device to a computer then you are in luck, if not, well then you may be screwed for a little while unless you can take it to an apple store. You can put the device into recovery mode and restore it to get it unlocked. Look up iPhone Recovery mode on YouTube to learn how to put your device into recovery mode. (NOTE!!! This has to be done on the computer you back your device up to unless you use iCloud and even then unless you have bought a drive bigger than the 5GB drive that comes with it for free or you do not store very much media on your Phone/iCloud account will very likely lose some stuff. What you will lose and how much will depend on how often and what you back up to iCloud. You will need to know your iCloud password for when you setup the device again, BE SURE YOU KNOW IT BEFORE STARTING THIS METHOD!)
