Take your Nextbook to a local repair shop. Those charging ports are usually replaceable, but it requires knowledge of soldering and you need some expensive tools in order to do it yourself!
If it's not much bother really, your bes option is to take the next book replaced for you back and have it changed AGAIN; only this time, you must stay with them for the battery to fully charge, wait another one hour plus with your next book powered on and see if battery drains within one hour
In addition, check to see.whether the nextbook shuts down at all WHILE YOU ARE WITH THEM.
Only way to prove your claims, and confirm the replaced nextbook (3rd one) really works, lasts and meets your expectations.
Otherwise, you may have to request for a refund of your money or opt for another similar device as an exchange for the defective nextbooks
Is your wifi signal stable? If you have got a good and stable wifi signal, the wireless card of your nextbook is defective. The problem is that these parts are integrated to the tablet and can't be removed or replaced, so in this case your problem has no solution.
I am not directly familiar with your particular tablet, but try this.
Locate the reset button's access hole - usually a tiny hole either on the back of the tablet or on the edge near the various ports and connectors. If you have a manual for the Tablet, it should tell you the location of the Reset button.
Press the button by inserting a paperclip or similar GENTLY into the hole. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT'S NOT THE MICROPHONE HOLE YOU"RE LOOKING AT.
You should feel a soft click when the recessed 'Reset' button is depressed. Hold it down for about 10 seconds, after which the Tablet should reboot itself, and hopefully will now run normally again.
Note that you WILL NOT lose any data or settings by resetting your Tablet this way - it merely restarts the microprocessor which may have frozen.
