1st be sure both breakers are on at breaker box, if that doesn't solve the problem, remove back panel and ohm out thermal fuse it's probably flat, white with 3 wires.

Before you run in there with a hammer, is there any way to simply turn off the buzzer alert? I have a different dryer, but I can disable the buzzer. Please check the operator's manual first. If you've gotten to the point of no return, you can disable the buzzer - carefully. Never leave any exposed wires dangling about.

SOURCE: whirlpool thin twin dryer starts and stops after 5 seconds

In the back of your thin twin dryer is a small white flat fuse attached with a screw, a clip, and two spade clips and wires. This is a thermal fuse and if tripped will cause your dryer to do nothing. Check with multimeter for continuity and replace if necessary. Also inside machine is a black tubular capacitor that will cause dryer to not run. Again, remove after properly discharging capacitor. Using multimeter check capacitor for continuity and potential. Obviously disconnect all power to machine before even thinking about repair. 240 volts will kill you dead.

Check the lid switch, the machine will not spin or drain without the lid switch being activated. You should be able to see if the switch actuator is broken or missing, look in the slot where the lid's plunger drops into, if you can see the gray plastic actuator, set the machine in the spin cycle and try to depress the switch with a flat screwdriver, if it runs, the switch is cracked and needs replaced, if the actuator looks fine, and you can hear a distinct "click" when you press down on it, it may be a problem in the timer, but check the lid switch first, that's most likely the problem.

Whirlpool thin twin model LT7000XVNO washer won't spin

The pump might need to either be replaced in your washing machine or the pump could be clogged. To check the pump you will have to first disconnect the drain line and then remove the back panel on your washing machine and use a flashlight.

Whirlpool Thin Twin. NOISE WHEN SPINNING.

Noises are difficult to 'hear' in writing. The machine uses two motors, and it would be quite the coincidence if they got dry bearing together.

Here are all your parts in nice exploded diagrams.
