I bought one for a camera last year

The easiest way to do this would be to print the images directly from the memory card. you have not given your camera model but most of the Sony models use the Sony Memory Stick which can be inserted directly into your RX620 From here printing the images is fairly straight forward and explained fully in the users guide which you can find here -> http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=en-GB&data=nKGrQtfEm6nLfXnUdNyU002F59t+NsSC4Fli&tc=5#10

Try creating the document on another program. If that does not work try to find software from another site HP should have all the software and updates on a current download file. You should not have interference with the download, if so there may be a quirk in your computer somewhere.

SOURCE: BOUGHT NEW CARTRIDGES (BLACK & COLOR) COST
There are a few things you can do yourself to try and get the print heads flowing again, but they won't give you as good of results as a professional cleaning or new print head. I would say that the print head is most likely clogged if you let the machine sit for more than a few weeks without printing on it. If your last set of cartridges worked fine and then you immediately put in new cartridges and it didn't print, I would say the print heads may not be clogged but expired (no amount of cleaning will get them working again). To clean the print heads yourself first rub off any accumulated ink with a warm water soaked paper towel. As a check to see how your cleaning progress is going press the print head against a dry paper towel. You should see distinct entire lines for each color. You can then try resting the print head on a paper towel soaked in warm water to hydrate the print head. If no ink soaks into the towel at all after a few minutes the print head needs more cleaning than you can do yourself. Unless you know someone with a hand held garment steamer with a narrow nozzle on it you can steam the print head to loosen up the ink stuck in it.
