Uploading photos to Facebook is an easy way to share with
your family and friends.
Facebook offers several options for posting photos,
including your profile pictures, photo albums and photos posted to walls.
Facebook lets you choose files to upload from your computer
or take a photo directly from your webcam.
If you want to post photos to Facebook from your webcam, you
must first allow Facebook permission to access your webcam.
Navigate to Facebook's website and log in to your account.
Click "Photo" under the "Share"
heading in the center column of your Facebook homepage.
Click the "Take a Photo with a
webcam" link.
Click "Allow" when prompted by
Facebook to allow access to your webcam.
Check the "Remember" box if you want
to automatically allow Facebook to access your webcam in the future. Click the
"Close" button.
Click the "No Filter" link in the
top-left corner of the webcam preview window if you want to apply a filter
effect to your photo before posting and choose a filter from the drop-down
menu.
Click the "No Filter" link if you
want to remove the filter.
Click the blue camera icon to take a photo.
If you want to retake your photo, click the
gray "X" in the upper-right corner of the photo window.

You can't. It's a digital stills camera only and like the vast majority of such devices totally lacks the ability to be used as a webcam. If you could use it as a webcam it would vastly shorten the lifespan of the camera sensor and risk getting dust on it, which is exactly why it's rarely a feature on stills cameras.
Keep the ES20 for taking photos and buy a separate webcam: they only cost peanuts and you can usually get one free by asking around as many pc's come bundled with them but not everyone likes using them.
I know this isn't the answer you wanted to see, but no. The V800 was designed as a camera, storing images (and videos) to a memory card, not to stream them live to another device.
