SOURCE: volume low
there is problem with ur speaker which make sound. it need to be replaced take it to technician so it can be replaced
SOURCE: not able to hear caller voice , ringer volume is low
You can use a program to edit the mp3 file on your computer to make it louder.
To edit the volume of the mp3 file on your computer, download Goldwave for free from here: http://www.download.com/GoldWave/3000-21… then open your mp3 file in Goldwave. On the toolbar there should be a volume knob, the one that doesn't have any arrows on it. Click that button then go to presets and chose either 150% or Double. After chosing one click ok, let Goldwave perform the change, then save it and reload it onto your phone.
SOURCE: Cant hear people when they call
Yes you are very correct. Its a earpiece problem. I use to have a Sony Ericsson K750i and the earpiece is not loud at all, so when I changed the earpiece, it began to work perfectly again. So I'll support or advice that you change the earpiece.
Take care.

You most likely need to have your speaker replaced. Perhaps something, moisture, has gained egress into the ear-piece?
SOURCE: Why can callers not hear my voice on my LG KS360?
i found the solution on the internet:
I've had this problem with mine. It got continually longer and other
functions seemed to be running slower. At worst, it took 40 seconds to
hear an outgoing call. I cleared the call log and that helped and it
seemed to get slower again as the log got longer until I cleared it
again.
I think the call log might be getting loaded in the background and
using more resources as it gets larger but that's mostly a guess.
