Try holding down the SHIFT button and enter at the same time, that should put you down to the next line or add as many spaces as you need from your last line of texts.

Press DEL to enter setup and set Reset to Defaults in Exit menu. If you have USB keyboard, make sure you enable Legacy USB and USB keyboard settings, save and exit and reboot.

you need to reload that software that came with the keyboard. Uninstall the keyboard from device manager :- Control Panel>system>device manager. Then reload the software for the keyboard, which should also have the drivers. If you do not have the software, let me know the make and model of the keyboard and I will see what I can do.

Control Panel.
1. Click on Keyboard.
2. When the Keyboard Properties come up, CLICK on KEY SETTINGS.
3. Then set up the key by selecting from the drop down.
