our fax/copier/scanner/fax kyocera mita machine works fine except when I fax long distance. I keep getting the same error -spoken - 10 digit access code error!
It is so frustrating because all of the employees can't fax long distance!

I hate to point out the obvious, but make sure your phone line has long distance service, then make sure you are dialing 1 before the long distance number. You didn't mention if you had to dial 9 to get out. If you do, you may have to enter a pause between the 9 and the 1. What model Kyocera Mita do you have? The fax kits vary by model, and I can look up any issues with your particular fax kit given the extra info. Thanks.
