your speaker output is shorting either at the output terminals or at the speaker input . check the cabling . it will solve the problem

Disconnecting the terminal will take to much time.. In between the skip button ,and the #1 on your stereo there is a little dot. Barely noticable unless you know what your looking for, take a safety pin or a screw( anything with a little tip) and push it in. This will restart your stereo. (Car Must be on)
