Visit the logitech website and Identify your camera from the photo gallery - older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom of page 1 ( still cant find your model ?) When you find your model click on the photo to navigate to that model's support page.

go to the logitech website...in the search bar type in 3428. click the first read more. scroll down to find you webcam by the part number. it will most likely start with "86" (you will find the part number on the tag on the bottom of the USB cord). Look beside the name of your webcam on the website and you will find the various versions of software that would be compatible with your camera, depending on your operating system. when you see the latest version of software beside your camera, scroll down to the software and driver links. there will be a chart with x's telling you what versions of software are compatible with your computer. click on the latest version of software link. you can either save or run. hit me up again to let me know if it worked :)


ps: I think your best bet would be quickcam 10.5. the link is on the site i just gave you.
