I had to replace the drum on my Oki 330dn. The toner cartridges had been replaced just prior to the drum replacement. After the drum replacement the printer is saying the toners are low or need to be replaced (they are all practically new) How can I get the toner levels to show accurate levels?

This is what happens when you also do a refil, but the advice from the refill people is to ignore the low ink warning as it will print happily until the point that the next message comes up which is that you need to replace the toner. Effectively this is to do with teh chip in the cartridge thaht tells the printer that it is low and unless you buy a new cartridge you will still get the low toner message but it is safe to ignore.
Please check if you removed the Plastic Tapes which is placed in the side lock of the new Toner Cartridge.

SOURCE: showing drum error and replace toner low message all the time
Open the cartridge cover
push "option"
and push "00"
wait until the word "accept" then close the cover,
after that should be working perfectly.

The drum and the black printer cartridge are two separate items. You will have to purchase a new drum for it. I just had to do the same thing and it ran me $150.00 at Staples.
