This model has no clock set function. Unplug the unit then plug it back in and the clock then should reset to 0100. So to get the time right you need to wait until 0100 to do this.
I reviewed the user manual and there is no mention of a "clock" function.
There is a reference to "clock time" in the display, but I believe that this is a reference to cooking time, not time of day.

SOURCE: can't set the Clock on microwave
One of these combinations may work:
CLOCK > 1
> 2 > 3 > CLOCK
CLOCK > 1
> 2 > 3 > START
CLOCK > CLEAR
> 1 > 2 > 3 > CLOCK
CLOCK > CLEAR
> 1 > 2 > 3 > START
Otherwise, I would contact the dealer you bought it form to see if they have a number for Cascade.

SOURCE: Microwave clock and duration won't set
Good Morning,
Unplug the oven and wait 3 minutes then plugit back in and check to see that it operates normally. Do not run the oven empty - place a cup of water in it. Let me know if this helps and thank you for using FixYa!
SOURCE: After pressing the TIME button, the number pad does not react.
A hard reset, that is, removing the unit from the electric source and restarting it after a few seconds, solved the problem.
SOURCE: Set clock time on microwave oven
I have consulted the Owners Manual and there is no mention of the demo mode. I would suggest that you unplug the unit or disconnect power if it is hard wired in, and try to set the clock then.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue.
If I have helped you, please help me, and rate this suggestion the highest FixYa rating. (Two Thumbs Up)

SOURCE: Kenmore microwave - unresponsive keypad
Repaired the unresponsive keypad on my older Kenmore (model 721.68100): Unplug. Remove integral cover for top and sides which is held in place by 5 metal screws. The cover then slides toward the rear. Unplug two connectors to back of keypad and clean them (I used contact spray cleaner). Some of the components retain a charge even when unplugged.
