there is no menu button on the TV just on off, and up/down channels TV
the remote (lost that) has (input select key)

my wild guess is you did not read back of TV or monitor to learn what model it really is and posted wrong topic.
and yes all monitors by them do have unlock menu button.
this TV does have power lock.

OSD is basically the on screen display, meaning the various menu options that appear on the screen. You can turn it off by hitting the menu button on the remote till it disappears. Here is a user guide for your TV:
