I am using a Kyocera Mita KM-1650 multifunction machine. In the last couple of days we have been given the following error when trying to scan to email ''Data Capacity is over Limit. Cannot send email''. I have checked the manuals and this error message is not listed. Are you able to help? Thanks Yvonne

u need a software called scanner utility to be able to scan to a folder on the pc u connected to.Unless u scanning to e mail then ur new server has different network details
cool... ok here is what you do goto usa.kyoceramita.com then downloads... then where it says choose product... choose legacy copier then choose product then... where it says select subcategories... select manuals you need the scan system f operations guides both the setup and functions editions...
