I have sansui 32 led tv which is only on (start) at 5.00 pm automatically when power is on otherwise whole day power is on tv is not start ,can this problem solved by service setting

Be sure the power cord is plugged in to the a/c outlet fully. Take a table lamp and plug in the same outlet to verify power is good. If no power, check for circuit breaker tripped in main breaker box.
If problem seems to stay with tv, I would contact seller. You should have at least nine months of warranty left.
