Model KID 60X16. What does error code E9 indicate?

I had to slide the dishwasher forward (undercounter installation)and tip it forward as far as possible. Water leaks onto floor, but then the internal controller seems to reset and the ASKO now works normally again. What kind of idiot would design a control module that does not incorporate a power-off interlock? FAIL FAIL FAIL - Bad, ASKO, Bad. Go to your room.

Hi there,

Well first of all you determine if problem is with the Key Panel or Control by-

1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Disconnecting Ribbon Cable from control and waiting at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs

If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.
If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel.
 
This error code means Function pad button stuck or Bad clock: Unstick button or Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC).

High pitched noise is from a very high CO2 level. Adjust the gas pressure to stay above 11" w.c. and have a gas technician with a calibrated CO2 analyzer adjust the CO2 levels.
