Amp has power not in protect but has no sound when I switch frequently speaker only jumps 1 time speaker worked fine with other amo

No, this amp is not a heavy power consumer- matter of fact it takes very little power to run.Maybe you should check the fuses on the amp to see if they are what is recommended.Also check your fuse kit to your amp- your fuse might not be big enough.If neither works take it back where u got it.

are u sure u have them running at the right ohms, for not only the subs but the amp too...if you go lower than your amp is rated you can fry stuff...via protect mode......hopefully this helps

In bridge mode, the left and right amplifiers are in essence connected together. Typically, the speaker connections are to the positive connectors for each channel for this mode. WIth the speakers still connected, you essentially shorted the outputs to ground and smoked the output section. The unit will detect this now and not turn on the output section. Your unit is in what is usually called "protect" mode. This unit will require repair. Expect to have the output transistors replaced at the very least. I would estimate around $16-$40 for parts.

might have roasted your speakers voice coils a little which may be sending the amp into protect mode throw a speaker on it that you know works and if it doesnt trigger the protect circuit then you probably have a blown or almost sub.
