Usually on most CD & DVD disk players, theirs a small hole about the size of a pin head. It's located near the manual eject button, on the right hand side of CD/DVD door. Take a long needle, or paper clip "unbend the paper clip" so it's straight. Carefully stick the tool of choice STRAIGHT in the hole intill l the end if paper clip or needle stops, and you can feel some resistance then push slightly. the spring inside that your pushing on releases the disk. Hope this helps you out. Have a good rest of your evening.
