Honda pressure washer keeps shutting off - Honda Garden

Excessive fuel entering the inlet manifold, carby needle and seat not shutting of fuel flow , remove and clean fit new gaskets and needle and seat if worn.

the carborater may need a dighafram or carborater cleaning of the bowl

Being petrol driven, it may have a mercury kill switch which puts a ground on the ignition circuit stopping the engine if you move it. Perhaps for safety in case you overturn the unit somehow.

if it keeps shutting down that is what the problem is you will need to replace the sensor and please make sure there is enough oil in the engine as this will act the same way. those come with a low oil sensor as well...good luck

could be running lean try setting up fuel intake a bit richer

It can be probably the spark plug,change the spark plug.

It sounds like an air lock. Try this: With the machine off, connect the hose to the washer and let it run for several minutes to get all of the air out of the hose, and to purge any air out of the pump. Shut off the water, and connect the high pressure hose, but not the gun. Let the water run for several minutes. stretch out the HP hose and make sure that the air is displaced. Shut off the water, connect the gun, and purge as before. Now crank it washer up. As quickly as safe to do so, open the trigger to keep water moving through the washer. It should come up on pressure very quickly. It is better during normal operation to keep water moving through the system. When I am through for a while, I shut down my washer, but leave the trigger depressed to allow the pump to stay full of water, and cool. This prevents further problems when I restart it.

Most Honda engines have an oil pressure switch that prevents engine damage due to low/no oil pressure. Make sure there is sufficient oil in the engine and that the wire is connected to the pressure switch.

check oil level. it has a low level shut off switch ?? May be it
