SOURCE: F2 and F3 code appearing along with annoying beeping
i think f3 error code has something to do with the temp probe maybe it is the problem. the temp probe is located if you open the door directly in the back wall. it looks like a prong. should read 1100ohms the f2 error code though usually has something to do with the keypad i would check all the connections maybe they are loose.

This symbol means that the backup battery needs to be changed. The backup battery is a button-type battery, CR1616. It is located under the main battery behind a small square panel. Instructions for changing it are in the manual -- look under "backup battery" in the index.

SOURCE: GE Dryer shuts off w/ blinking and beeping
I just fixed that problem with mine. I tried many, many things. Final solution was vacumming out the holes in the rear of the drier. (Prior to that, I removed the lint filter and holder, checked all connections and vacummed out that area. I unplugged the vent hose to confirm there was no cluggs. I found resetting the breaker would work for about a half hour.) Just vacum out the rear of the dry. Not only will the beeping stop, but as an added bonus, you cloths will dry much faster!!!
