SOURCE: re: no heat and timer not moving
If the timer is set for a auto dry cycle, the timer won't advance if not heating. You need to check for 220 volts at outlet. It's possible to have only 1 110 volt circuit. May be a bad breaker. or outlet. If you have 220 volts at outlet, you need to have an ohm meter to check continuity of the thermal fuses and the heater. Access by removing rear panel. UNPLUG FIRST!!!!!

check and see if you have 220 volts to your dryer using a volt / ohm meter find the cord and remove cover take meter and go across (1 test lead on left and one on right) side of cord there should be 220 volts.check this and get back to me. if no 220v trip breaker back and forth and try again

make sure you are getting a full 220v at the outlet. these symptoms are sometimes caused by one side of a dual circuit breaker in the house tripping leaving you with a partially functioning machine that seems to have power.

SOURCE: my michele watch chronograph is stuck
raebarb,
I had the same problem, you can fix it without an expensive watch maker. The online instructions are not perfect, but are better than the ones that come with the watch. Go to www.michele.com/.../Michele/.../instructions/michele_instructions.pdf
Refer to page # 10 "Adjusting the Chronograph Hands to Zero Position" even though these instructions refer to adjusting only 2 hands on a different model, with a little playing around you can reset all 4 hands. The trick is to pull out the stem, 2 clicks to position III and then using buttons A and B. You will have to do the 2 hands then push the stem back in. Repeat the process and reset the other 2 hands.
Good luck, YOU can do it, I just did.
