Go to start and search for Asus virtual camera. right click asus virtual camera. go to properties. click the compatibility tab. and click the box that says run in 256 colors.

Did you try reinstalling the drivers? Maybe try uninstalling the webcam device from the Device Manager first.
Sometimes programs that install later can affect the workings of existing software or devices.

We ran a typical Asus laptop battery of tests, including games, applications, and a couple other areas. Time constraints limited the amount of testing we could get done before the NDA lift (and it's already a few hours late), but we will be providing a follow-up article with further testing and information. Need to closed application properly. Go to the task manager (right click on task bar and select task manager) and check in application task if there is any program running also check Process tab and ed task the application related to webcam. Hope this will fix the webcam issue.
