How come no tracking apps are working on mg Alcatel Onyx phone?

Go to the settings and make the call app to display notifications or sound out...if using a downloaded app for calling, adjust the settings of the app

I had the same problem with Alcatel u5 but type in YouTube Alcatel u5 google account bypass but came up Alcatel shine followed video through worked

Many apps are designed to not be stored on a SD card. The app developer actually controls that. There are apps that allow you to force apps to the SD card but even those can't move all and some don't function correctly when on SD card.

Your camera app is on the startup list Clear camera app cache default from settings/App manager/System app
Restart your phone.
