If you forgot your Apple password. There are a variety of methods you can resort to recover your forgotten Apple password. Just follow below steps.

Reset Password by Answering Several Security Questions When setting up a new iPad, iPhone or Mac, or when creating an Apple ID, you were probably asked to enter answers to some security questions: the name of the road where you grew up, perhaps, or the name of a favourite teacher. If you choose to reset your password by answering your security questions, these are the steps you will need to go through:
Step 1: Start by entering your date of birth. Apple will then ask you two questions. Enter the correct answers and you'll arrive on a Reset Password page.

Step 2: Now enter your new password twice (so that Apple can confirm you've spelled it the same way each time). Your password needs to have 8 or more characters, upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number. It also cannot contain the same character three times in a row (or any spaces), and you're not allowed to reuse a password you've used in the past year.
Reset Password through E-mail Resetting password through E-mail is another choice you have, if you don't feel like using the methods mentioned above, you can give this a try.
Step 1: If you select get an email, Apple will send an email to your primary or rescue email address that you can use to reset your password.

Step 2: Just follow the step of the link in your email and you will finally have your password reseted.

If you have set up two-step authentication, you can reset or change your password directly from your trusted iPhone, iPad, Pod touch, or Mac. The detailed process about how to reset password on iPhone or mac will be introduced in the instructions below.
If you have set two-factor verification, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter your recovery key

Step 2: Choose a trusted device. Apple will send your device a verification code.

Step 3: Enter the verification code.
Step 4: Set a new password.
Now comes to the introduction of reseting password on iOS devices. These methods probably are less complicated than resetting password through website. You can reset your password simply by tapping several options on your phone or Mac.

If these methods don't work, check this guide. What to Do If You Forgot iCloud Password

Login my itunes account

Nowadays, I believe that all users must actually have an AppleID to use iTunes, which is different than a password for iTunes. In other words, I used to sign into iTunes using my iTunes user name and password, but somewhere along the way, I was required to acquire an AppleID instead. An Apple ID is your user name for everything you do with Apple: Shop the iTunes Store, enable iCloud on all your devices, buy from the Apple Online Store, make a reservation at an Apple Retail Store, access the Apple Support website, and more.

I cannot tell by your question if you already have an AppleID and forgot the password for that account, or if you're trying to use your old iTunes account and forgot that password. If it's the latter, I don't think your old iTunes user name and password would work anyway. But I could be wrong.

If it's the former, here are the instructions for resetting your AppleID password (copied and pasted, obviously!):

If you forgot your Apple ID password Can't remember your Apple ID password? Try resetting the password. If you forget your Apple ID password or don't know it, choose from the following options to reset your password. After resetting your password, you'll be asked to sign in with your new password when you or your device accesses an Apple feature or service that uses Apple ID. If you know the answers to your security questions
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Select "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID, then select Next.
  4. Select "Answer security questions" as your authentication method. Select Next.
  5. Select the birth date associated with your Apple ID, then select Next to begin answering your security questions.
  6. After answering your security questions, you'll be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Select Reset Password when done.
If these steps didn't help you to reset your password, contact Apple Support.
If you have access to the email addresses associated with your Apple ID
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Select "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID, then select Next.
  4. Select "Email authentication" as your authentication method. Select Next.
  5. Apple will send a password-reset email to the primary address or verified rescue address associated with your Apple ID. Didn't receive the email?
  6. Open the message and select the link to reset your password.
  7. When the My Apple ID page opens, enter and confirm your new password, then select Reset Password.
If these steps didn't help you to reset your password, contact Apple Support.

If I missed the mark on your question, let me know, and I'll try to help some more.
