Bravo! For a Removable Seat
The stroller seat and backrest detach easily in one piece, along with the canopy, leaving behind a lightweight frame carrier for the car seat. It's just as easy to reattach so older babies can switch between car seat and stroller.
Bravo! For a Smart Fold
When it's time to close the stroller, the seat cushion lifts to expose a fold handle. The handle engages easily with one hand, activating the fold and simultaneously rotating the front wheels inward to keep the stroller standing for easier maneuvering and storage. Once the stroller is closed, the fold handle doubles as a carry handle.

SOURCE: Graco Quattro Tour Duo Stroller won't fold up

I called customer service at Graco and explained the problem, asked for a fix. The rep said the part is not replaceable and told me to send the stroller back to them for 'evaluation and/or replacement'.  They will pay to FedEx it back to them this week. So that is where it stands.
Thank you very much for your site and offering a chance to put the problem out there.

SOURCE: fold stroller

Not sure how different this one is to ours but we have an older Dreamer Design double stroller and down by the front wheel there are two black plastic clips that you pull upwards while at the same time pushing two small depressable "buttons" that are in line with the main bars coming down towards the front wheel... once that's done you lift and push backwards at the same time, the whole stroller frame will move backwards (oh brake has to be on) and then once those main bars are free you can pull the frame towards you and then double it over back on itself...the rear wheels pull out by pushing the centre button and pulling on the wheel and they you're able to put it just about anywhere...hope that helps...Rob

How does the Chicco caddy fold up?

The Chicco caddy Hook-On High Chair has two big release button on each side on the underpart of the table by holding those both in at the same time it should collapse it.

For the Stroller I would look for triggers on the underside of the two handles and press and hold them to try and fold. Also look for a trigger on the cross beams on the underside as well.

What is the best position for the seat back to be in when closing the Chicco Cortina stroller? When I collapse the stroller using the handle, there is some resistance before it locks into the closed...

The seat back position isn't important. What IS important is the position of the stroller handle (not the one used to collapse the stroller).

If the handle is left up while collapsing, the stroller should fold easily. If the handle is down, it can get in the way and cause the process to be more difficult.

I have to take most of the removeable parts off of mine in order to fit in in the back of my coupe.

How do you put chicco travel system pushchair down

Hi,

This is relatively straight forward.
Stand behind the pram, pull both triggers on the handles, and then pull the handle loop at the back of the pram which will then enable you to push the pram dowards and fold.
Practice a few times and you will be perfect within a very short time.

I hope this helps.
