Lots of F246 and other F related errors are solved by firmware updates.

So update the firmware of you're machine and also update the printerdriver.

You most likely have a bad print job the way you can tell is to turn the machine off unhook network cable turn machine on if it comes ready then you have a job that's causing a problem delete the print queue if you don't know which job it is this should apply to most F... codes

SOURCE: Everytime I try to print , all i get is a a blank page

If you are using it on a MAC there are known issues.

If however it is a pc then maybe you should check your ink levels using the software that you installed with the printer.

Have you recently replaced the ink cartridges and if so did you use original HP cartridges ?

If you didn't use original cartridges then there is quite a good chance that they may be faulty and should be returned to where you purchased them for replacement.

If you did use original cartridges did you remove the tape on it before installing ?
Check by doing the cartridge replacement steps and take out any cartridge you may have replaced recently and check that the pull off tape tags are removed.

C6400 is a fixing unit error.

To reset -

Try this, enter "10871087" from keypad, You should now be in maintenance mode.
Enter "163"press "Start / Print" key.

You should see a screen that says "Execute".

Cursor / highlight "Execute".

Press "Start / Print key.

The machine will turn off and should come back to ready. If not then you need to replace the fixing unit.
