sounds like you need to have a PM done to the machine. there is a PM counter and when it reaches the 120K it will stop till you have a tech clean it and replace parts ans reset the counter

You can probably access the back of the printer to see if there is paper jammed there and remove it if there is.Normally there is an indication as to which ink cartridge needs replacing On some printers when one opens the cover the print head will move to a point which will indicate which cartridge needs replacing..

The flashing light is because the printer will not print if it's offline. Be sure the printer is connected to the Internet. It may be offline because you have tried to print too many documents. If that's the case, you will need to delete all the documents that have been sent to the printer and haven't printed. Don't delete the actual document from your computer, but from the print queue. Hope this helps.

Konica Bizhub C350, need to setup ip address

Utility / Administrator settings (pass:12345678) / Network settings / TCP/IP settings. Select auto IP, or enter it manually. You can check IP address by printing Configuration Page: Utility / User Settings / Printer setting / Print Report / Configuration Page. Press start.

Stopped printing

I am guessing that the toner waste container needs to be emptied (you can do it your self) and/or the sensor is acting up.

waste container has to be perfectly clean to reset the sensor - water only will make it smear - must use dish soap to cut the black toner smudges... let it dry fully. (this had happened to my printer)

The lights are still blinking..i cant even let the cartridges out..theyre stuck If i restart the printer, same problem occur

You can always do it thru the utility.
click on start, click on printer n faxes
You will see your epson icon with a check mark, double click on that icon, click on printer tab, then slect printing preferences, printing preferences utility will come up. click on tab, Click on the Maintenance Tab as shown below, then select ink replacement icon. I have a red bullit on it for you to see.

epson.com, actually you can print using black ink only, but you have to reset the color ink for it to register as full. :) or you can freeze the ink counter using the ssc service utility before the other ink rans out. :)
