In details the door wasn't closed correctly, I supposed the first time. But after checking the seal, I removed it and reversed it because there was space between the door and the body of the fridge. Now the error has stopped and the display shows the temperature. But in case it comes back, I would like to know what it is and what to do. Especially in the manual, it is specified that when an error is displayed beginning with E, we must immediately call a specialized technician. Is this a serious failure ?? Because after research I did not manage to find information on this code Er4. Thank you.

Probably a defective defrost timer. Try to find the timer. It is usually underneat in the back. When you find it turn the knob slowly click by click. (You may need a screwdriver or knife) turn just until the compressor stops. Let it stay in defrost for about 1/2 hour. turn the knob until the compressor starts let it cool down several hours. Then do it again. If this solves the problem replace the timer. While you are waiting to do this Defrost it at least twice a day by turning the knob.

hi
i had the same problem with mine, and fixed it very easily in about 10 minutes all you do is take all the shelves and draws out, then remove the light cover (one screw at the top)then the bulbs, there are three screws on this panel top middel and bottom, take these out,now gently pull the panel off, behind are two plugs unplug these and completly remove the panel.
next unscrew the water chiller at the bottom of the fridge and lay it in the botttom, take the deoderizer cartreges out and remove the two screws out from behind there, just two more screws at the bottom of the panel, there should be two plugs at the top of the panel, unplug these and remove the panel completley ,if like me you should find the fan all iced up, some warm water on a spunge should remove this and the fan should move freely if the ice is severe then remove the fan motor and run the panel under some hot water untill the ice is gone, assuming the motor is'nt burnt out this should cure it.if you want to test it plug the panel back in also the light panel ,and hold the light switch after about 30 seconds to a minute the fan should run,now just put it back together and thats it....
hope this helps

2 months old should still be under warenty.
Check the freezer fan by opening the freezer door and pressing the door switch and listing for the freezer fan sound. If no sound then the fan motor could be bad.
Look at the back wall too see if you have frost build up. If you do then you have a defrost problem.
If thees are not your problem you could have a seal system problem. (( freon leak ))

I began this 8-months ago and immediately was bringing home at least $77 per hour. I work through this link, go to this site home media tech tab for more detail thank you .
