go to device manager
at device manager there are yellow mark (?) or (!)
insert your motherboard cd driver
and install sound driver
the other way is at device manager right click at yellow mark and chose update drive, then follow instruction until finish and the yellow mark at device manager disappear

This may be a simple driver glitch with the modem. Uninstall the modem drivers from the device manager and reboot. The machine will find the modem and reinstall the drivers. If this doesn't work, then check for driver updates or any utility drivers from the support site for E-machines.

Press Copier management button and You can see what is wrong in management settings.probably You reached some limitations adjusted in management mode.Default pasword for copier management is 2500.
