The 3 lights are blinking a diagnostic code. One code for batteries that are to weak is a 2 blink. The 3 lights blink together between 1 and 7 times then they all stop for a second then repeat the same amount again and again. Post the code here if you don't have a manual to look it up.

The M41 does not have a circuit breaker, even if the owners manual says it does. There are fuses instead. One fuse on each battery. It is a very different looking fuse than one is use to seeing.

Does the circuit breaker trip before squeezing the switch? Check the power cord - there's a short

Does the chain move freely before squeezing the switch? If not, and the circuit breaker trips while squeezing the switch, your chain is too tight.

Bottom line - tell us when the breaker trips and what you were doing when it tripped.

if it is leaking, and not just from any of the relief valves, you will need to replace it. There is not much you can do. If it blew the circuit breaker, there is probably a build-up of sediment inside that is surrounding the element and making it overheat. By the sounds of it, replacement is the option.

Tripped breaker or blown fuse. Breaker will be 50 or 70 amp located at rear of chair where joystick harness plugs in. If there isn't one there you have fuses and will need to take the seat off to locate batteries. Inline with the batteries are two 50 or 70 amp automotive type fuses or a fuse "block" mounted to the battery. If they're burn't they will need replaced.

sounds as if there is a short in the starting switch but there is a short somewhere in the controls good luck

The circuit breaker is located on the base of the chair. It is a small button about half the size of a dime, and it often has a flexible cover over it. If it is tripped, you will feel a click when you push it as it resets.
