I have a Haulotte Bil-Jac 5533A articulating manlift 2014. Motor runs as if it's lifting boom, but will not move. Safety transporting locks are unhooked. No visible hydraulic leaks. Hydraulic oil box is full. Legs were moving up and down, but now acting funny. No error code on display. Any idea what is wrong? Thank you for help.

There is a safety device so the boom can not be operated unless sensors on the legs are confirming legs are all set

SOURCE: my back door won't go up or down. Motor comes on

More then likely its is the gear or the rod that connects to the motor thats not letting it go up

SOURCE: Top won't go up or down

When you push the up/down button for your top, you should hear the motor running in the trunk (car should not be running to hear the motor). If you do not hear the motor running, remove the cover by removing the four phillips head screws. You should now have access to the motor and pump assembly. There is an electrical connection the pump motor, make sure it is still connected. You can also check the reservoir and see if you are low on fluid. If you are, then purchase the fluid from your local dealer or I have also used DOT 3 Power Steering fluid as a work around. You have to remove the brass bolt on top of the pump housing (10mm) and slowly pour the fluid in. I would recommend keeping a towel or rag handy as the fill port will back up quickly. Just keep it slow and you should be okay. If fluid level is low, then you probably also have a leak somewhere, either in the lines or at the cylinder connections. To see those, remove the interior rear side panels (two screws and two plastic clips that will pull out) and inspect the floor area under the cylinders. If you find fluid on the floor then inspect the cylinder on that side and find the leak. If you are lucky, it will be a loose hose connection which you can tighten up (15mm open end wrech), if you are not lucky it will be a hose or cylinder. Hoses at my dealership are $390 each, not sure what the cylinder would cost. Good luck

SOURCE: I have 2014 Montana 3735mk looks like a leak by my rear 2 hydraulic Jacks but it is a yellow oil. What is back there that contains a yellow oil that could leak?

a lot of hydraulic oils are yellow or honey coloured so it may be a seal that is leaking
check to see if it is still under warranty and have a service dealer check it out.

ALTEC BUCKET TRUCK STABILIZER CYLInDERS WON'T RETRACT

make sure that the truck is in the ready to move configuration--
bucket properly stowed booms in etc as there may be micro switches that will not allow pressure to return from the cylinders until this is all achieved
The system has safety devices that will not allow operation until it is properly leveled or will not allow stabilizer operation until the machine has been properly made ready for travel
read your operators hand book and safety instructions

My excavator hitachi ex200-1 weak swing and when you swing then stop vibration begin on turn table when i stop to swing, and when i swing and lift cylinder raise, vibration on the turn table will contin

Not sure would need to have a good look ,but i suspect a safety valve isnt closing properly causing thumping within the hydraulic system which is the vibration you can feel, shouldnt cost a lot to repair providing the faulty valve can be located so return to the dealer as they will have a good idea as yours isnt the first to go wrong iam sure
