Uploading Flip videos to Windows Movie Maker

I downloaded my Flip video to my PC and it is in my Flip Video Library. But when I try to upload it into Windows Movie Maker, it says the file is empty. I've copied the file to my documents, desktop and public videos, but nothing works. Yet when I click on a file on, say, my desktop, everything is there (video & audio). I have successfully done this in the past, but for some reason I'm doing something wrong this time and I can't figure it out. And it's driving me crazy.

I created a video on Windows Live Movie maker and I wanted to post it on YouTube. but I have never done that before. I created an account, but can't seem to figure out how to download a video from the...

First, sign on your youtube account.
Once that's done you should see an upload link to the right of the search bar.
Once you're in the uploading page, click upload video. Find the file and select it. It's going to start uploading, you can set the title and the rest of the information.
When it's done you can access it through your account or if you search for it.
