you haven't told us your pda model, but nevertheless, let us assume your pda is bluetooth capable, can be use as usb modem. and the necessary drivers are already installed.

on your computer, go to network, then select set up a dial up connection, then on the modem's list, select your phone, then indicate a phone number by inputting *#99# (this means that your pc will dial the default internet configuration on your phone) so it can connect to the internet. you must configure your phone browser settings for this to work.

you may also pair your device using bluetooth, then setup a bluetooth connection. same process as usb modem setup..

HOW TO USE GOOGLE PLAY:

Let me first clarify, what exactly are you trying to do? Do you want your CPU to run internet based off of the phone?

If you are not paying for teathering through you're carrier you will need an application that allows the process.

I would recommend PDA net. Search your android market and install. Installation is pretty simple as it walks you through step by step.

Once that is completed it will allow you to browse the web on your cpu via data cable to phone.

You need to install Active-sync which come along when you purchased the pda, if you do not have one, you can download from the net. After that, connect your phone to pc and launch the Internet sharing from phone,

Hi. The downloaded .msi package actually contains a couple of versions of .net (for different kind of processors). If you connect your PDA to your computer (Using ActiveSync for XP or Windows Mobile Device Center for Vista) and run that .msi package, it will automaticly detect your PDA's processor and installs the .net to your device.
