the touch pad is part of the the control panel (the front face) its part #74005745 i have found it online in a price range from $150 way up to$300 by googling just the part# and then clicking the shopping tab, you too can see what im looking at

the F1-F4 keys are located at the very top of your keypad. They are also known as the 'Y=' WINDOW, ZOOM, TRACE, and GRAPH keys. If you look at these keys you will see f1-f4 printed on them in green.

Most likely if you replace the toner cartridge it will resolve the problem.

Replace touch pad or clock (ERC). Touch pad is a more common problem. Check to see if any keys feel stuck. This is easy to replace. For diagrams and illustrations enter your model # at www.appliancehelponline.com. All parts come with installation instructions.

mr engineer please check the drum mark sensor and clean it and also check the check the toner motor connector and do this program    c interrupt 0 interrupt ,44 copy key 07 copy key after stoping the machine off and then on but first clean drum unit maintenance code is 20 then copy key and then three times ca ca ca
