Below is an excerpt from the User's Manual: In Standby mode, Manual Clock Adjustment (this adjustment can be done when the <Synchronize Clock> is set as OFF). 1. Select Clock Adjustment mode, Push the Control **** to [FM] or [AM]. Select the "Clock Adjust" display. 2. Enter Clock Adjust mode, Press the Control **** for at least 1 second. The clock display blinks. 3. Adjust the hours, Push the Control **** to [FM] or [AM]. Adjust the minutes, Push the Control **** to [4] or [¢]. 4. Exit Clock adjustment mode, Press the [MENU] button.

Make sure the power is off before setting the clock (hold down the "FUNC" button until nothing shows but the time). Then Hold down one of the buttons on the right side for like 3 seconds until the time starts blinking. I can't remember which button it is as I don't have the unit in front of me right now. Use the track buttons to adjust the time. Hope this helps!
