No display if i want to take some picture,what can i do?

I found the user manual online, and the pictures in it are really helpful and make this make a lot more sense, but:
1. Press [SCREEN MODE], to switch the TV aspect ratio.
2. Press [SCREEN MODE] repeatedly until the normal screen displays.
NOTE: • Some programs may not offer all display mode options.
4:3 Programming
[Sidebar] Sidebar displays a 4:3 picture at its standard 4:3 size. Sidebars will be displayed on the right and left edges of the screen.
[Full] Full displays a 4:3 picture at a 16:9 size, with horizontal elongation necessary to fill the screen.
[Cinema] Cinema displays a 4:3 picture at a 16:9 size, with less horizontal elongation necessary to fill the screen because a little bit of the top and bottom edge of the screen will be cut off.
[Wide] Wide displays the center of the picture as original size and the outer sides of the picture will be elongated. The size of the picture will depend on the original signal.
16:9 Programming
[Full] A picture is displayed at 16:9 size as it is.
[Zoom] Zoom displays a 16:9 picture without changing its horizontal and vertical ratio, at its maximum size.
[Cinema] Cinema displays a 16:9 picture with vertical elongation.
[Expand] Expand displays a 16:9 picture with horizontal elongation

there are many reasons that no picture is displayed:
1. there is no picture in the first place. (camera lens closed when picture was taken)
2. you are not on display mode (toggle to display mode not "take picture" or capture mode)
3. defective memory card.
4. you are on display mode but on another sub-mode which does not display pics... (toggle to display, details, etc...)

first download a picture to your computer ,take the cursor to the blank space.Then click on add photoes.one dialog box will open.There click the option brouse.Then select the photo from your computer.It will automatically change...............

you have to go to the net and go into internet options, select the advanced option and turn picture display mode back on. Sprint deviced call this mode "fast mode", where pictures are not displayed to increase internet speed. Just make sure the setting shows that pictures will be displayed and your good to go.

if you have cable box or a sattelite change the resolution of the STB to 4.3

Follow these steps, Selecting all:

1. Press whenever pictures/videos are displayed (slide show, video, single picture). 2. Press to highlight Select all, then press OK. A confirmation screen appears, then your picture display reappears. A check mark is displayed on all pictures/videos in your current location. 3. To remove all check marks, press , highlight Select / Unselect all and press OK. 4. Highlight Unselect all and press OK. A confirmation screen appears, then your picture display reappears. This can mean many things. Pictures don't fit, Wrong file type e.g .png .jpeg .gif. Or has no more pictures to display.

You can choose whether or not to display the picture you have just taken on
the monitor.
ON : The picture being recorded to the card is displayed. This is useful for
making a brief check of the picture you have just taken. You can
resume shooting anytime during REC VIEW.
OFF : The picture being recorded to the card is not displayed. This is
useful when you want to prepare for your next shot while the
previous picture is being recorded.

You can find the file qith file explorer. Then simply click on it to display it. You should also have HP Image Viewer to display your pictures. When you click and hold on the file name, you will get the option to 'Set as Today Wallpaper'.

The IR-500 allows you to display pictures in a calendar. When still pictures and movies are shot, the camera automatically sets the pictures to the calendar according to the shooting date. The calendar can be displayed in three ways: as a one-month display, 12-month display, or multi-year display. Select the desired date, month, or year from each calendar display.
