Are you taking dc or UC errors to the display in spin cycle?
""Says it's a circuit or something but all that is fine."" Who made this assement?
""Still will not empty with or without clothes."" So I understand do you mean that you take no error codes to the display for this issue.?
The FAV9800AW has a different type of display then the FAV6800AW the machine I own. With limited.... no info on error codes I feel you are failing in spin cycle with either a "dc" error or a "UC" error. If so post back and we will go from there. Take a look at this owners issue and see if it similar to your issue.
Take a look through the Service Manual and see if this helps you identify error code types.
If you have water in the tube I can help you get into Service Mode and pump out the water. That will also let us know if the drain pump has failed.

I would start with the TDS, Tub Displacement Sensor was that checked out for proper operation? It sounds like you had a service person look at the machine. “”If you pause the washer than restart it will then state something about checking the circuit or to have it serviced. That has been checked and there is nothing wrong there.”” Was the TDS checked out for proper operation?
The TDS sensor check is documented in the SM on page 19 if you want to give it a try I believe it’s the same for the FAV6800AW my machine type. You need to get into Service Mode for the test the process is in the SM.
For the water leak issue I would pull the front cover off the machine and try to locate the source. If it’s a tub seal this is a big job but can be done if you want to DIY the repair and have basic mechanical skills. It could be a leak in the drain hoses leading to the drain pump and from the drain pump and the drain pump may be cracked. We won’t know until you start looking. Unplug the machine from the 120VAC before you pull the front cover off. If you want to go forward and work the issue let me know and I will try to help.

No, it says at first that the load is off balance, but there is nothing in there. (Tried running just a spin cycle to get the water out of the washer) then when you hit Ok and restart the washer it will start at a 10 min cycle but never stops. If you pause the washer than restart it will then state something about checking the circuit or to have it serviced. That has been checked and there is nothing wrong there. After several attempts I was able to finally get the washer to fully extract all the water out of the tub. At this point the washer is sitting unused. It is starting to make the clothes smell when it was washing them as well as twisting them tightly together making me have to rewash to get all the wrinkles out. I noticed after I moved it, that there is water underneath the washing machine as well.
Are there any error codes to the display such as dc or UC?
