Power on eht on but not display in 700e lg monitor plzzzzzzzzzzz help me
Un Plug the vga monitor cable to cpu.. if the monitor working good the OSD is appeard. If the monitor no display or OSD but the power LED is normal i think this is ABL problem. If you are the electronics or computer tech. repairman you understand what i mean.

The normal crt monitor have a demo display when you unplug the vga cable to PC like this image below.. 
Note:
If the crt monitor green LED light steady and heater beam have light, the horinzontal and High Voltage supplied to tube is completely good. If you encountered this problem just focus on video section of crt monitor. But before you start... find the flyback transformer behind this they have two controls screen & focus. If the display responses or from dim to lighter 100% you have a problem to ABL find this at the bottom of horinzontal section near at flyback transformer pins trace the line of ABL for dried solder, open resistor if nothing happen find the Vide700e Lg crt monitor problam power on eht on but no - 3c6e89c.jpgoma section and replace it. follow this...

i knw abt green and orenge led but i have problem in my monitor green led is ok and but not eht on without vga cable and with vga signl so pls tell me
