Easynote will not go past packard bell screen

Hello i have a packard bell notebook easynote mit-sable-c and it will not go past the Packard Bell screen which has F2 and F8 on it i have tried both of these but nothing happens i can hear the hard drive but nothing happens i have even tried changing the hard drive but still the same. please help.
