Hello Cathy! Yes, some ZTE devices are slow and low on memory. I think it has to do with the fact that they are made aiming for economy. If some games and apps you dont use are giving you trouble, you can try to delete them, but be careful!

Some apps are system apps, and some games cant be fully deleted since they come as system apps. PS: You can also delete system apps on a rooted device with apps like Titanium backup, but be careful, i dont recommend it if you dont know what you're doing. You could damage your phone

Depends on what phone you have. To uninstall an app on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod, just press and hold the app until it jiggles and than hit the x in the upper left hand corner. To delete an app off of iTunes, click apps, click the app icon you wish to delete, and than click edit, and finally delete.
To delete an app off of android, go to your menu in the upper right hand corner, tap settings, go to applications, and finally manage applications. Select the app you wish to delete and hit uninstall.

Press on the app and hold it. Hold it until the apps start shaking then an X should appear. You can then click the X and the app will disappear.

You can delete games by pressing and holding the game icon for at least 5 seconds when you see the apps wiggling, then you will see X next to apps, that means that you are ready to delete it, for do delete it, tap the X then you will see an option if you really want to delete the app.
But for deleting music, really have to plug it to the computer with itunes on it.
