The lock switch is probably stuck. make sure machine is off but plugged in still. Push in on the door while gently giving a couple of thumps around the lock area and the lock will probably "click" open.

Common error with front loaders is the door interlock. Make sure the door is positively closed. A gentle open hand push at the erea of the door lock often gets a machine started.

With the front door open, see if you can rotate the basket freely. If not, most likely the bearing of the rear tub is worn out. You will have to replace the whole rear tub which is about $300 for the part. I am having the same issue with my Kenmore Elite Quiet Pak 2. I'm contemplating with just buy a new top-load washer.
Now this is a drain issue from the pump, clean out or check drain hose position to make sure hose isnt in water. Front loader right? kick panel under door has two screws, 1/4 or Torx T20 will remove them. You will see a clean out screw handle that holds junk. Use a trash bag wrapped around the clean out to catch water and debris..
Check your manual should have a basic code listing in the back......is it pumping all the water out??? That might be off base....but it is the most common on a late model front loader.
