My weiser powerbolt 1000 keeps beeping short beeps and then one long beep, what is the problem, the batteries are brand new today? My lock is only 3 months old and have been having problems all along.

I removed the batteries and it beeps. I called customer support. They must have a lot of issues with the keypads, cause they're sending me a new one in 3-5 days.
I thought I would have to mail the whole thing in. The woman was very friendly. Great customer support!
